Looking for best lease deal for 2016 MDX w/Tech AWD

Hi,
Dealer put deal on the table with MSRP $50360, $0 down, 36mo, 15k, Residual 57% and $565/mo. Does this sound about right?

57% is the residual for 36 mo, 10K/yr. The 36/15 residual is 54%.

The money factor is .00020 and $1000 lease cash.

Tax should be around $1750 and $595 acquisition fee. Another $400 or so for title/license and that's $2750 added on to the sale price.

That gives me about $545/mo. with the correct 54% residual for 36/15.

Of course, I estimated a lot of those numbers. You should ask the dealer for a breakdown of everything that is going into the adjusted CAP cost.

What is the selling price?
State and tax rate?
Amount due at signing?
