All my paperwork for Emission modification has been submitted and approved. What I am unclear about is this...I am to receive 2/3 of the amount upon completion of the 1st phase of emissions modification. When is this? Is this the part that has to be resolved by May of 2018? Or will the 2/3 be sent immediately?

You get the 2/3 when you actually have the modification completed. Since no modification has been approved, there is a good chance that may never happen.

My early lease termination document related to this diesel lawsuit states clearly that mileage and damage will be factored into my return/assessment. This goes against what you all were saying, so I suppose I need to go get my damage repaired before I turn it in?

A lease may be different than a vehicle you hold title to.

Mileage always matters, even to vehicle owners. If you read that differently here, then that was a mistake.

I calculate we can drive 900 miles more without penalty for the next 24 days. If we drive 0 miles, is that enough to get bumped into the next bonus category? How much is that worth?

The mileage tiers are 5000 miles apart. You would have to park it for five months.

Looks like I'm on the value side of the tier then. Definitely don't want to go over and get shorted over a couple miles.
