I have a 1997 Toyota Corolla. I parked the car and the steering wheel was turned hard right.

It locked up the ignition so I pulled it to release the steering wheel and now when I turn the key nothing happens. Nothing feels like it engages to start the car. Any ideas on fixing it? Thanks Butch

You mean that the key just spins around in the lock, or you mean the key feels normal but the car doesn't start---no dash lights, nothing? Or the steering lock won't disengage, or ...? Explain more fully.
