2016 Yukon XL Denali -- lease/buy now or wait for 2017?

Planning to get a Yukon XL Denali well optioned but with a 2nd row bench. Not in a rush (sometime in the next 2 months).
A few questions:
1. when do the 2017s come out? am I better off waiting?
2. what are the MF and residuals for Oregon? 12k and longer lease (42+ months)

The second row bench is proving difficult to find, though I have located one in my state.

We don't have the July numbers for GM, yet.

Pretty sure there won't be any incentives, either way. If you are having a hard time finding what you want, better grab it, when you do find it.
