First time leasing and looking at this car (alongside the Audi Q5) in the Seattle area. If anyone has some suggestions on what a great deal will look like and can share it would be greatly appreciated. Here's the info I'm looking to glean:

(Tech pkg, Cold weather pkg, leather seats, dash wood inlay, panoramic sun/moonroof)

Lease I'm looking at 36 mo; 12k miles

Great lease looks like?

- Cash down

Anything else I may not be thinking to look at in the money dept?
