2001 mazda tribute

butch839 7/11/2016---HI, My car starts when the engine is cold and runs good, but then when you turn it off for only 5 minutes or so & restart it. The car starts but shutters , shakes & sputters, but when you put it in drive or reverse, it straightens out & runs fine again. I know it's only going to get worse. The car never does die out at least not so far. any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. thanks

    No codes from a code reader or was a professional scanner used? If nothing shows, then the only way I can think of to track this down is to have a pro scanner hooked up at the time of the incident, so as to be reading data in real time.
