residual value and money factor - 2016 BMW X5

what is the residual RV right now for the x5. not sure what packages I am going for yet but was wondering where the RV % is??? that is set by the bank, correct. so the dealership can't raise or lower it??? can the bank set the RV and the dealership change it to try to make money??? just trying to figure out all my variables. also, how much does each MSD cost and how much does it lower the money factor. I believe I read that you can do up to 7 of them. please advise

Yes, the residual is fixed, and cannot be altered by the dealer.

Each SD is the payment, rounded up to the next $50 increment (like any security deposit). Each SD lowers the MF by .00007, with a maximum of 7 allowed, for a total reduction of .00049.

which is a effective rate of .00088 which makes a big difference in the monthly payments

one more question, is the gap insurance included in this by BMW or is that an extra cost. I am getting this figure for my payments on an X5

GAP is included in all BMWFS leases.

Are they selling you the vehicle at invoice?

MSRP is about invoice

I thought MSRP was the sticker price and the invoice is what the dealer pays for it.

I'm sorry.. I meant to say that 7% off MSRP is about invoice.
