I am looking at a 2014 CPO Mercedes Benz GLK350. I came across a dealer that has one listed at $31,880, reduced from $35,000. There are a few other GLKs with similar features, same year, and similar mileage, that are priced in the $35-$36k range, which is right around where most of the 2014 GLKs that I've looked at are priced. The carfax report shows one owner, no accidents....am I safe to assume this GLK has been on their lot for a while and they are just trying to move it? I don't want to give away what, if any, negotiating power I may have by acknowledging that it is already priced lower than similar vehicles.....but I feel like I need to ask! Thoughts/suggestions?

Well it is what it is....the car has to speak for itself. My initial impression, and in examining similar CPOs here in California, is that the $31,8K is priced correctly and the others are inflated--for whatever reason.
