Trying to lease my first car.

Hello!

I am in the market for my first car and I am very interested in the Audi Q5.
Whats my best option? 2016 or 2017?
I dont quite fully understand the leasing ''terms''. If someone can please help me out I would really appreciate it. I want to try to get the best deal. I live in Florida. Taxes etc.
