2017 Kia Sportage LX Lease Deal

Hello,

I see that Kia is currently running a $304/36 months with $0 and that is applicable for a car with a $25,385 MSRP for a 2017 Sportage LX. This is also for 12,000 miles per year.

I am interested in a 2017 LX that has an MSRP of $25,565 with a dealership discount of $902 and a rebate of $1,000 for a final price of $23,663. I would like to lease for 36 months with no money down and only need 10,000 miles per year. I am wondering if I should expect to pay around $304/month or if any of these factors would change the price (up or down).

Also, I am a resident of PA. Let me know if you need anymore info.

That's $235/mo.+tax, but with 1st payment, acquisition fee and title/license/dealer fees upfront.
If we assume $1000 added to cover those costs, then the payment would be $263/mo.+tax, or about $290/mo.

I don't know the assumptions on the advertised deal, so can't tell you how that compares.
