Whats next HELP - Oldsmobile Intrigue

I have a 2000 oldsmobile intrigue and within the last 3 week
My gas guage stopped reading, theres a clicking sound behind my dash
It has problems starting at times sometimes it has to sit a few minutes
Sometimes it could take up to an hour. Its not the battery or the alternator.
And my screen for my radio is always hot and the tape/cd button
Stopped working so maybe its an electrical problem i dont know. Help. Thanks
