clicking sounds under center console

Dear Experts,

I have a 2009 Honda Pilot. I am experiencing a loud clicking sound (sounds like high frequency “da da da”) from under the center console as soon as I turn the car on, but oddly the noise stops after driving for 20 second. It happened probably two year ago. The noise had gone away before I decided to get it fixed in a local mechanical shop. It has been doing just fine until a couple of days ago.

What could this possibly happen?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hard to say without a wiring diagram. It might be some relay that is failing due to a voltage drop or defect.
