We have Leased (Signed papers) for a 2016 Nissan Sequoia... with the Lease Option of have No Payments for 3 yrs.
$34,k paid @ signing. We needed a few days for the remainder of funds (wrote a post dated check) due to commissions forth coming. Guess what? Some of the commissions are not coming...! Is there anyway to re-sign,
and do a different type of Lease... or even a Purchase now? ** With Less Down $10K- to $20K...?? Please Help!

If not, just call them and say you can't complete the deal.
If you have taken delivery, perhaps they could convert it to a normal 36 month lease. Then, you'll have plenty of time to come up with the rest of the money, since you will be making 36 payments.
