Residual and Money factor 75082
I am new to leasing but understand the basics. I am interested in the 2016 Lexus RC 350F. The dealer wants about $52000. I am looking at 39 mos with 15k in miles. Could I get the residual and money factor for zip code 75082?
Also, do you think I have some wiggle room on the MRSP? I can negotiate pretty well. The salesman mentioned some sort of tax incentive right now but was not super clear.
Thanks

MSRP is fixed. It's the selling price that you negotiate.
Lease taxes in Texas are on the full selling price, so if they have tax credits available, that can be a big deal. It might save you as much as $60-$70 per month.
