Rear Lights don't work despite changing fuse

2006 Ford Freestyle, the rear turn signals/brake lights/ hazards (everything) will not work. I figured since it was both sides, it had to be a fuse, but after changing the fuse, the lights still didn't work. Is there any precedent for this with Freestyles? Any ideas as to what I should be looking for here?

So the fronts all work but not the rear? I would first look for a fault/break in the wiring harness from the fuse box to the rear lights. Perhaps some bad connector/junction.
