Looking to Lease a 16 or 17 Silverado Crew Cab Short Box LTZ/LT Z71 and have a couple ?'s

Hi All,
I'm currently in the market to possibly lease a new Silverado and I have some questions. There are a few trucks in my area that have the 16% cash back on MSRP....is that also applied to the purchase price in a lease deal? I also have a question which I may already know the answer to. I have access to the GM employee discount, does the 16% cash back work with an employee discount? I am going to assume the answer is no it does not but I can't find any info to back this up.

I also would like to know the MF/Residual and any additional rebates/incentives for a 2016 and 2017 LTZ or LT Z71 Crew Cab Short Box for 36/10,12 39/10,12 and 48/10,12.

I have not talked to any dealers yet because I want to walk in with as much "firepower" behind me that I can get to hopefully work out a killer deal. Any insight you could provide is greatly appreciated!

Generally, those big advertised rebates/discounts include incentives that may not be applicable to a lease. We don't have specifics, though.

2017:
.00115 MF and 62%/61% residual
.00115 MF and 60%/59% residual
.00175 MF and 55%/54% residual
Subtract 2% if 2WD.

2016:
.00075 MF
.00075 MF
.00130 MF
Same residuals
$140 lease cash.
