Looking at getting SLT but not sure how is the long term reliability of these when it comes to maintenance and reliability .

Looks PRETTY GOOD but as you know, whereas all new cars are the same, all used cars are different---so any used Yukon you pick has to be inspected, and service records should show that the vehicle has had all its maintenance.
