HI - Looking to see about lease information - standard stuff to make me a better more informed consumer.

Looking at a 2016 Mazda 3 sedan - grand touring. ON Mazda site it lists for about 25000 with destination and fees. I'm in Wisconsin. So the deal I would pitch is zero down, zero out of pocket but I'd like to figure out how aggressive I can get with payment.

What would be money factor (lease payment) on 36 months/15K per year - $0 down / $0 due at signing.

i GT: .00001 MF and 49% residual
s GT: .00001 MF and 48% residual
$1825 lease cash

Assuming automatic. If stick shift, residual is 47% for either.
