Hi, i have 2003 Honda Pilot, engine bad can i swap 2005 engine , or what year i can swap used engine

Ideally, to avoid electronics hassles, one should swap from the same year. Otherwise, you're going to have to use not only the donor engine, but the donor computer and wiring harness, and hope that it can all be spliced in without causing malfunctions in other components, like the transmission, ABS, etc.

Is the Pilot engine really toast, as is completely destroyed?
