2017 GLE400 lease numbers

I've just received a quote from a local dealer on a 2017 GLE400 with an MSRP of 74,300. They quoted the payment as $1062/month with a 53% residual and .0018 MF. This is for a 12k/36 month lease. Zero cap cost.
I thought the residual was 54% and the MF would be .00055.
Can you confirm the current numbers.

But, I agree, the residual should be 54% for 36/12.
The 400 is going to be substantially more money than the 350, because of the money factor, and a residual that is 1% lower (once they get it right).
