BMW X3 Purchase Question

Have a quote of BMW X3 xDrive 28i. MSRP is $49,295 and quote is $44,535. Is it a good price? Invoice is $47,560. It is a 9% off discount and the sales told me that it is rarely to see and he has been with BMW for 13 years.

    Hello,
    I am looking for a demo vehicle of the 2018 X3 xDrive i30.
    Today I took a test driving which was MSRP $53,685 and had 3000 miles.
    Then, I got discounted price $48,575.
    Is it good price or still room for negotiation?

    I have a 2018 X3 M40i negotiated down from $62945 to $55945, taking into account all rebates and incentives. You could probably squeeze another grand out of the dealer. Risky this time of year though.
