MSRP w/ Options is $37,640
Invoice is $34,497.

I offered $33,745 and they countered with $34,000. Good deal or hold out?

Lease or purchase? I'm in NC, don't know the residuals or calculation because I we are a SET state.

We don't have the SET residuals. MF is likely .00200, or something close.

I'd shop for the cheapest financing I could get and buy the vehicle. The 4Runner should have strong resale, if you wish to sell it in three years.
