Can somebody please tell if this is a good deal for 2016 GLE 350 4matic. I just got an offer MSRP $60,055 Selling price $52,680; Doc fee $589, Acq fee $1095, Lic fee $97.50, Tax 284.38 which brings to a Net price of $54,745.88. I am putting a Down payment of $5000. Lease term is 36 months 15000 miles per year. Monthly Lease payment of $654. According to them the Money factor is 0.00080 and Residual of 52%

Can somebody please advice. I only have 2 days to make decision as they got me with a special deal which ends Sept 30

The base MF is .00044 and the base acq fee is $795, so both are marked up by the dealer.

What state and tax rate is this?

What does the $5000 at signing cover?
