If the above items are part of MSRP, are they all included in the % of MSRP to calculate the Residual Value?
Do you take the Money Factor such as .00050 and multiply that by 2400 to get the Interest Rate?

(cap2 + residual) * mf * term = finance charge
give us some numbers to work with
note: Florida dealers play games with low prices and then gouge you with crazy dealer fees. The true sell price is the sum of the lowball price and the dealer fee

No... dealer fees are not part of MSRP
No... tax, tag and title are not part of MSRP
MSRP is the bottom line on the government-required window sticker.
Yes, multiplying the money factor by 2400 will approximate the equivalent APR, but that isn't necessary to calculate a lease payment.
