Will the tires fit?

Hi folks, mostly ignorant of tire sizes, what works with what, etc. I'm hoping someone can tell me if the Hankook snow tires I used on my Caravan will fit on my E150:

Tires: 225/65R16 100T
E150: LT225/75R16E

No, those aren't an acceptable substitute.
The tires are 1.8" less in diameter than the appropriate size.
Even if they fit (which they don't), I'd be worried about putting passenger car tires from a mini-van onto a standard size truck.
