So, you are only getting about $3000 off MSRP, then buying $2000 of lojack, window tint and paint/interior protection?

And, they are marking up the money factor the maximum to .00176?

It's a terrible deal.

The LoJack is on car windshield as an addendum and is not an option. The tinting I can cut them a check for as well as the paint protection. I ve already countered their contract. I asked them to void the rent charge entirely and we have a deal.

You can't "void the rent charge". That's the finance portion of the lease. However, that's marked up enough that it's adding about $100/mo. to the payment.

I'd want a Gross CAP cost that is $6000 less than their $118,696, and the base MF of .00136.
That would drop the payment to about $1592 vs. $1863.
