Question about Ford X Plan Lease

I have a ford X Plan that give me 2017 Ford Escape Titanium $1116 below MSRP. It also mentioned $2500 incentive.

In the detail section of the incentives it has mentioned:

"Purchase incentives do not include Ford Credit Bonus Cash. Ford Credit Bonus cash requires Ford Credit financing or lease contract. Not all buyers will qualify. See dealer for residency restrictions, qualifications and complete details. To view details on incentives for a specific trim, click on the appropriate trim level."

I was wondering if this $2500 incentive can be used for Lease or it is for cash purchase only ?

Moreover, Ford has $1000 SUV Season Bonus Cash. I assume this $1000 cash can be used for Lease. Is that correct ? I got it from here:

Finally, can I assume dealer discounts would be the same for regular and x plan pricing ? I mean if dealer giving me 10% discount on regular MSRP (before incentives), they should give me 10% on X Plan pricing as well.

No idea which incentives are applicable.

X-Plan pricing is fixed for each car. It should be better than you can negotiate on your own, but it won't be adjusted downward, except for applicable incentives. What you see is what you get.

In this case X plan is useless since dealers are discounting more on their website without including any incentives.
