HELP! Is this a good deal?

I am a newbie to the S Class in need of some advice. I appreciate very much your feedback. Is this really a good deal for a new 2016 rear wheel drive S550?

If the acquisition fee is in the adjusted price, then I get $934/mo.+tax, or $999/mo. with tax included.
Looks like they are marking up the money factor. Around + .00060 to about .00096 MF

Of course, that is a monster discount, and who knows if they will give that discount using the base MF. But, that markup is adding about $3300 to your total cost.

If I add the $795 acquisition fee to the Sale price, I get $956/mo.+tax. $1091 seems high. Might be a money factor markup. What is your tax rate?

$849 dealer fee? Guessing you are in Florida?

Can you get by with 7.5K mi/yr? 10K/yr only adds $30/mo. to the payment. That's cheap for 7500 more miles.
