I am getting 2017 Fusion SE w/ 1.5 L ecoboost eng. at $2000 down and $350/month for lease in Austin, TX.

36 months /15k

MSRP of the vehicle is $26,585

is this a good deal?

    0.50% APR and 48% residual.
    $750 lease cash.

    Do you know the adjusted CAP cost and/or selling price?

    $2000 upfront and $350/mo doesn't seem like a great deal for a $27K MSRP car, but Texas taxes don't help the lease payment.
