Climate control

I have a 2007 Expedition manual climate control. The fan works on low and high only. The air blows only through te a/c ducts...all the time. No floor or defrost mode. Can it be as simple as replacing the controller module?

    You might want to have the HVAC system scanned. Could give you a hint.

    I have a 2011 Ford Expedetion xlt el and the ac is cold but i cannot figure how to get the heat to come on, there is no click concerning the actuator?? Any help would be appreciated.

    I have a 1998 Explorer and the a/c and heater were working fine until a few months ago, didnt have much use for either one but now the heat will not come on from the a/c side. it is auto system and the blend door has been changed, thermo also. radiator flushed. i am out of options. can someone help please.
