While driving with the A/C on, If I ease into it, usually its fine but if I give it too much gas, the A/C will stop blowing and the trans will sometimes buck and the truck goes slow. once I get it up too speed, I let my foot off the gas and the A/C will start blowing again. Someone said it could be a vacuum hose leak?? what say you???

Hard to say with so much going on. Sounds like you might have a misfire, voltage drop/charging issue, and maybe more. I would suggest as a first step to check your battery, battery connections and alternator output. If those check out fine, then have the truck scanned for trouble codes, If those don't show anything, then do a fuel pressure test.
