2016 Kia Soul - Base with Manual Transmission - Is this price a good one (approx 15424 OTD)?

The dealer is offering me 14000 plus tax (Washington State) - that includes a 2000 dollar incentive for financing it for a few months. I asked and tax will be about 8.9% for an approximate 15424 OTD.

How is this price?

    Pretty Sure its 16870. He said i can choose any of the 4 available colors for base model. PS, i'm new here and it looks like you aren't with almost 50,000 posts!
