Received this quote for a 2017 BMW 340i with a MSRP of $58875. Is this a good deal? I never leased a vehicle before.

36 month 15k miles 3k down is going to be $730 a month

or 36 month 12k miles 1600 down is going to be $741 a month

Hi, looking at a 340i Xdrive. Dealer in Seattle. I'm a repeat customer turning in a current BMW lease. MSRP as built online is $65,870 (inc. BMW Power and Sound). What MSRP should I expect after negotiation and what should the money factor be. About what should the monthly payment be with minimum down inc. tax? Thanks for the help.
