Incentives eligibility phrasing

I've seen the following in numerous web pages listing Hyundai incentives. Where do I find this "BUSINESS CENTER BOUNDARIES section"? Does it mean if I purchase from a dealer that is say, 400 miles away from my residence and outside said boundaries, that I am a non-resident and may be ineligible for an incentive only available to residents of the "business center" I am buying from?

"Eligibility: Residents residing in qualifying regions of the United States listed in the BUSINESS CENTER BOUNDARIES section."

    Yeah, good question, never seen that language before. Sounds like a way for Hyundai to protect their dealer pricing.
