Need help calculating Lease payment on 2017 Audi A4 quattro with Premium Package, etc.

MSRP $49,135. 36 months/15k miles, only inception fees & first month payment ($1,000 rebate as a cap reduction).7% sales tax (NJ). Pricing I got was $509/month from dealership. Dealership wants me to fill out paperwork today (last day of November) to get a good deal (so they say). Does the deal/incentives change as of 12/1.

Yes, today is the last day for the current program.

Would be unusual (though not impossible) for deals to get worse in December. Especially with them advertising the "Season of Audi" event.

I am also from NJ, was quoted $511/month for a very similar deal (MSRD: $49,125, 36months/15k miles + 1k rebate) with 2k in fees. Could you tell me how much they charged you for inception fees? TIA
