2017 Toyota Highlander AWD Limited and AWD XLE

I am looking for the money factor and residual for the 2017 Highlander AWD Limited and
AWD XLE for 12/36, 15/36, and 12/39, 15/39.

Is a 39 month lease ok? I heard that you should do 36 mo, not 39 month or higher

I also read somewhere that new residuals do not come out for the new model until 1/03/17. Do you simply use the previous residuals?

We don't have the 2017 model residuals. If the vehicle is on the lots, available to lease, then the dealer has the residuals.
