Tax is pretty high, if you are actually in Chicago. About 17.5%, total.

Hard to get the exact numbers, because Illinois tax is collected upfront, while the Chicago tax is applied to the monthly payment.
Without a breakdown of the adjusted CAP cost and the pre-tax payment, and a full accounting, we can only estimate.

So.. it looks pretty close to me. Generally, it's not a good idea to make a big upfront payment. From my perspective, it serves to make the monthly cost appear less than it really is. The "real" cost is about $675/mo, if you were only making the first payment at signing.

That's a lot of money to drive just 625 miles/month.
