I am a newbie and am deciding between buying and leasing. Below is the quote I have received from the dealer. Does anyone know the residual and money factor for a 36/12k and 36/10k lease for Glendale, CA.

2017 RDX Advance package

· MSRP $42,960
· Your price $39,500 plus fees

Here is a breakdown of the fees

· $3,562.20 sales tax based on 9%
· $379.50 registration
· $80 doc fee
· $7.00 CA tire fee

$43,528.70 total out the door.
