Durango 5.2l. 50k miles high idle

Garage kept durnago idles high all day long. Tuneup was done , no change in idle. Throttle body removed, and cleaned out ... Iac has been replaced, and new throttle body gasket.. No change in idle.. Code for desired rpm range not reached just poped up recently.. Unit runs like normal , does not hesitate our die... Possible other issue creating high idle ?

    The throttle body can be tested for correct values.

    Other possibilities might include a vacuum leak.
