2017 Toyota Tacoma, SR, 4WD, Double Cab, MSRP- $32,500, Sale Price $31,500. $661 down. $339 per month for 36 months, 12K a month. I live in PA. Is this a good deal? If not, what should the target price be?

If $661 is the total due at signing, then yes. that's a good deal. (includes PA tax?)
Residuals are high for the Tacoma (good), but money factors are also high (bad).

That is a steal. PA tax is 9%-10% on leases.
