2017 MDX AWD lease deal central NJ

2017 Base Model AWD - MSRP $46,890. NO tech/nav packages. Just base.

Does anyone know the residual and MF (good credit score, ~780) for central NJ? Assuming 7,500 mi/yr 39 mo lease. And how about assuming 10k mi/yr 39 month lease?

Local Acura dealer has a deal for a 39 mo lease at 7500 mi/yr. 2,999 due at signing and 359/month. Deal says it includes military special (~$750) but I'd have to negotiate that discount since I'm not military.

Total cost (excluding doc fee, taxes, registration, usual etc) seems to be 2999 + 359*38 = 16,641.

FYI, looking at their listed cap cost and residual value at the end, it is a .63 residual in their offer. Listed cap cost of 40,015.15 and buy at end for 29,540.7 works out to .63


Sounds like a good deal but I'd like to work my own numbers if I can get accurate residual and money factor values.

Any input / suggestions? Thank you!

Subtract 1% for 10K/yr

Seems like they quoted you a price that you don't qualify for. What is the point in that?
Looks like an advertisement, not an actual quote.

Yes, correct. That is the ad running at a local Acura dealer. Not an actual quote given in person.
