trying to calculate a good deal--so many moving parts!

I am 23 months into a 36 month lease on a pearl white Mazda3 sGrandTouring with Technology package and smart City braking, iEloop, etc.-- all bells and whistles, and loving it. I've only driven 12,600 miles, so I calculate that I am 5,600 miles under my 10,000 mi/year quota. The car is excellent. My lease payout is $20,770. Wanting though to try and take advantage of any lease equity, and turn it back in for a new lease on a 2016.5 CX5-Grand Touring, Titanium Mica, AWD. It's year-end clearance time, counting on good prices. How much equity do I have? What is the residual on the CX-5--58 or 63? What would be a good deal--payment on a new 3 year, no money down, 10,000 mi/year lease? Columbus, Ohio market.

Without knowing if you have equity, there is no point in the rest of the numbers.
