Hi - I am evaluating the following lease offer. Can you tell me whether this is a good oppy?

2017 Volt LT (base). 36mo/15K

MSRP: $34,490
Adjusted cap cost: $24,495.49
Residual Value: 48%
MF: .0004
Monthly payment (including sales tax in nor. california): $259.49
Does not include $1,500 CA rebate and $700 Costco
