2017 Acura RDX--need help with lease calculations?

Discussing a 2017 RDX in Pa. Looks like we're at Cap cost of $36,500 adjusted to $$35,995...>140 MF and 59% residual...$1140 down includes 1st mo. payment and acquisition fee...quoted $410 per mo. all in...any thoughts on whether this is fair or do I have some room to continue the discussion? Thanks

    Tax in PA is 9%-10%, so that doesn't look bad. The MF is .00140 and the residual is fixed by the bank, so nothing to negotiate on that end. What is the MSRP?

    (note: new programs came out on 01/04, so the MF/residual may now be out of date.)
