What is the MSRP?
What state and tax rate?
Adjusted CAP cost?

That store is five minutes from our house.

With zero out of pocket on a Corolla LE with payments INCLUDING tax for under 200.00/month it SOUNDS pretty good to me. Tax here is (I think) 9.5%.

I would ask them what kind of a deal they could do without the "free" maintenance. Nothing is ever free and they are rolling that expense into the lease not that it would amount to much. A few oil changes and maybe a tire rotation. I would watch for last minute surprises.

I think Toyota already includes 2 yrs, 25K miles from the factory. So, that's likely a throw in on a 36K lease.

They probably didn't tell the prospective lessor that. I didn't know myself.

It's all a matter of perspective....WOW! Three years free maintenance!

When in reality it doesn't amount to very much. Still, it sells cars!

To the original OP, what was the residual %?
Are you referring to the Toyota Bellevue dealer?
