Hyundi accent vs accord

Initially i was planning to buy honda accord 2014 but one of my colleague is selling his Hyundai accent details below

wanted to know whether this is good deal and is this car is spacious like accord or smaller and will resale of this car is low and maintenance cost ?

They really aren't in the same class. The Accord is a family sedan and the Accent is a subcompact that competes with the Sonic, Yaris and Versa.

The Accent is a good honest car but it's not in the Accord class, so really you'd have to drive it to decide if the compromises in size and power are acceptable to you in return for spending a lot less money.
