I have a 2004 Chrysler Seabring. The power door locks, radio, horn and turn signals stopped working. I checked all the fuses and the seem to be ok. I have not checked the relays or delays because im not familiar with them. Does anyone know what else i can check, replace, reset ect... Thank you

Not much you can do at this point except have the car scanned. There are certainly any number of possibilities, such as bad ground or grounds, a defective Body Control Module, or corroded/faulty connectors in the harness somewhere. These kinds of electrical problems require patient detective work. You can take guesses, but that can get expensive.

Sorry there's no quick solution here but don't forget the "fusible links" that come off the + battery terminal.

Not on a Chrysler, but one of my vehicles has a leaky sunroof that allowed water to get were it shouldn't be and caused this kind of failure, fixed itself after drying out.
