2017 Malibu Premier - did I get a good lease deal?

Talking with the dealership now and getting ready to sign on the following deal.

2017 Malibu Premier w/ Driver Confidence Package I

MSRP: $33,245
GMS: 30,840

Also, approx. $2500 in incentives

36mo/15k -- monthly payment: $320

Only thing down is out of pocket costs which is about $500

Is this a good deal? Thanks in advance for any feedback!!
