Got a notice for a service campaign for my 2014. Apparently the hydraulic pressure may decrease resulting in belt slip within the CVT. Nissan will reprogram the Transmission Control Module with updated CVT software.

You might investigate this further with your dealer. Could be your car might be eligible for more drastic free work:
