I was at the dealer last night looking at the Forte5 EX that had the HD Tech package (+$4500) in pearl white (extra cost too) and I am wondering if I am crazy not to do this deal:

MSRP: $26,155
Trade Allowed: $1,000
Payoff: $3,126
Rebate: $4,300
Incentives: $3,000 (not sure what this is for)
Lic fees and cost adds: couple hundred

Term: 39 mos. / 12,000
MF: .00017
Residual: 46% ($12,031)

I have negative equity in my trade in and we talked our way to $500 down with payments of $299/mo.

What do you think?

I don't have any info on a 39 month lease program for that model.

But, if you are rolling in $2100 of negative equity, the deal looks pretty good, in a general sort of way.

Thanks @kyfdx I think so too... End of the day they seem to be eating $3300 on this deal and that residual at the end is really good for the options in the car im thinking.
